Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year Eve:
Chinese New Year Eve home-cooked dinner

Sister came back from Sibu, I sent Perry off at the airport to Australia and dad cooked Chinese New Year Eve dinner while mum helped. Ate dinner that night and then sister decided to go shopping. We just sat while she shopped.

Chinese New Year Day 1:
Fireworks at 12.00AM

Lots of firecrackers went off at midnight on the first day of Chinese New Year. I could hardly hear myself speak or think and the whole neighborhood was filled with smoke. This just shows that Chinese are the noisiest race in Malaysia.
Over at my grandparents' house with a few of my cousins and my sister

Then it was time to start visiting the family members and be visited.

Chinese New Year Day 2:
Chinese New Year home-cooked dinner with family members

We went visiting in the morning and when we got back home, dad started to prepare all the food for the family dinner that night.
All the my first cousins on my mother's side with my sister and I

Chinese New Year Day 3:
Breakfast of dim sum at Lok Thian (full house and we had to wait for our turn to be seated) and then later in the evening, sister leaves back to Sibu. Went to The Spring that night to get a Logitech webcam. Lots of people at The Spring and lots of funny dressers too.

Chinese New Year Day 4:
Cordelia's coming over today, probably with classmates. I invited Rhema to come over too.
