Gabby Piggy

Who could resist such an adorable face like that?! I happened to be browsing through DeviantArt when I came across the cutest and cuddliest piggy ever! That was when I couldn't resist but showcase it on my blog. Anyway, I was such a pig today. There was Jason and Ian calling me a pig for sleeping so much. Maybe I ought to change my middle name to Piggy. I slept at almost 3.00am this morning because I had to deal with something at 1.00am. Then, I got woken up by Jason at 8.30am to declare that he had won some bets he placed on football. Congrates Jas!!! Speaking of Jason, I made him drop his handphone for the 5th time!!! This time, it fell outside but luckily, it landed on the cushion. He even had to ask his cousin to go open the door to get the handphone back. Hahahaha!!! After that, I went back to snuggling in bed. I finally and officially woke up at 9.44am after settling with the fact that it was impossible to go back to sleep with all the disturbances going on around. Basically, I had a rough estimation of 6 hours of sleep today.

Last night, I took my parents out for some Korean cuisine. It ended up, they decided to eat some sort of spicy dishes instead. I still got to eat my Korean food of course. Hahahaha! Strictly nothing raw as I'm not a fan of raw dead animals like raw tuna for example. After that, we went shopping. I bought a new pair of purple heels from Vincci to match my new purple skirt alongside with some other items.

Rise & Shine!!!

Yay!!! I woke up from the right side of bed today, meaning... I'm in a terrific mood because I got woken up by my human alarm clock through SMS with a good round of laughter. That's the best way to start a day. Works better than a steaming mug of hot chocolate. That time when I woke up to my handphone ringing, I still had the shades drawn. So basically, it was pitch black in my bedroom and I thought it was only 7.00am that time. Before I even glanced at the sender's name, I already knew it was my human alarm clock as nobody else SMSes me early in the morning. So, thinking it was 7.00am, I got ready to screw him up until I looked at the large, silver alarm clock on my desk and it read 9.15am. Fifteen more minutes before my actual alarm clock would ring, so being extra hardworking with my feet still tangled up in the comforter and laughing, I replied to the SMS. People ought to invent alarm clocks that succeed in making people laugh when they wake up to it. Afterall, laughter is the best medicine for anything and everything!

Anyway, I had a couple of strange little dreams today. I dreamt of Choulyew, Ian and Jas all in one go. There was Choulyew with Ian and strangely, Ian was some sort of big biker in the entire biker outfit. Though, the biker outfit consists of this strange black and bulky winter-jacket-like jacket with lots of straps like a strait jacket and shooting trousers!!! Hahaha!!! On the other hand, Choulyew was dressed perfectly normally. Then, there was my last dream victim, Jas. Strangely, I gave him a pot of hair gel! Makes no sense why would I give him hair gel of all the things. Perhaps my subconcious self is trying to declare that Jas has a horrible hairstyle or something? Cough out loud!!! Just kidding, I have nothing against his hair or whatsoever. I was probably just feeling really generous and extra wealthy in my dream to give people a pot of hair gel.

Then, last night I went to Jalan Song with my parents for supper. There was this young teenage couple on the bench at the area where they normally sell those CDs and they were hugging, kissing and grabbing each other. Ewww... what an unpleasant sight. I pity those who were sitting there and trying their best to eat without throwing up at the sight of those two teenagers. Although, some might enjoy the free show. I have no idea. I mean, what happened to the time when we get to eat in peace without any distruction?? Free shows and food are like a big no, no... indigestion! Anyway, I had tauge mee and I wasn't satisfied with it, I should have eaten tauge kueh tiaw. Hahahaha!!! Then, I walked 3 rounds around the area to find for something else to eat after finishing up my tauge mee but sadly, there was nothing that fitted my taste at that moment. Then, on my way back, I saw these group of basketballers. They're seriously tall. Cough out loud! Does that mean I checked them out? But it's not like they would notice a thing as each and everyone of them was walking with their eyes and fingers glued to their handphones and SMSing. I was kind of hoping one of them would walk right into a pillar or something. Hehehe, evil me.

Waaaa... today we all had to clean up the shooting range because on the 1st of December, our shooting range will be used for some shooting competition. Sweep leaves and rubbish, pick up rubbish, move this and that and then after all the shooting range was cleared, we get to eat and drink. I didn't eat that time though, was still full but I had Hai Nan chicken rice when I got home. You should have seen how many sweet wrappers there were at the 50m .22 area. Those shooters must eat alot of sweets to provide them energy to shoot. Hehehehe!!! William drinks alot, should have seen the amount of empty box drinks after that. Then, he, Lawrence and Leon's little brother had a drinking competition with soy bean drink... since when got such thing! Anyway, this Friday I have to go down to the shooting range to help out for the rifle event, reload their rifle and etc, etc, etc. Today, I broke my lap because some pig drop his arse onto it. Cough out loud!!!

Poseidon shooting range

I woke up this morning with a sinus attack! Poor me... But, I carried on as usual by refreshing myself with an early morning SMS to my dear doggie right after I woke up and then getting myself freshen up in the bathroom. Today, the guard was busy lecturing about somebody not keeping their pistol yesterday and not even unpacking it from the casing and just leaving it around in the armoury. Turns out it was Leon's pistol. Anyway, I saw the pistol in the casing yesterday evening as I was the last one to leave the armoury. The case was left lying on top of one of the desks and the guard was asking me who's pistol was that and going on about people leaving their pistols unkept. I just told him that I had no idea whose pistol that was before I left the armoury and went home.

Weeeee!!! Splash, splash!!! It was raining inside and outside the shooting range today. Basically, raining in every room. The air rifle and pistol room had a pretty bad leak directly right infront of where we normally stand and shoot. So basically, we couldn't shoot or even dry fire. It was like a curtain of water slushing down, pretty much like a fountain. Pretty soon, the floors got very, very wet and everything was splattered with droplets of water. The store room that connects the two toilets, had an even worse leak! It was like bucketfuls of water being emptied from the ceiling. Then, it all got greater still when a blackout occured. So, we had to evacuate the room with all our posessions and firearms and wait outside at where they normally shoot .22 rifle. My air rifle was all splattered with water, I had to wipe it dry and then I kept it back into the casing. Basically, most people's air rifles got wet. You know what that reminded me of? The scene from Poseidon when the ceiling of the cruise ship gave away and torrents of water poured right in. Hahahahaha!!!

While we were all outside, suddenly Coach Christina told all the girls to go into the air rifle and pistol room. Coach Valentina and Coach Ahmad was there too. Some of the guys did not pay attention and just wandered in as well blindly. Then, they got kicked out by Cystal's mother who went, "are you a girl?? What for you come in??" Some short lecture that lasted for one and a half hour on some issues that I'm not going bring up here. All the guys were waiting outside the room. Basically, they were going to separate the girls and boys during shooting training. End of story. By the time the lecture was about to end, the rain was about to stop too. Once te lecture ended...weeeee!!! Sunshine!!! So, we trained until almost 6pm. I had no idea what was wrong with me today, I didn't feel quite stable during shooting today. Strangely, Coach Valentina thinks did better today. Hehehe!!! Anyway, we'll be cleaning up the shooting range for some competition on 1st of December. Next year, our shooting range will be moving to Petra Jaya. Trainings perhaps might be placed on weekends instead as Petra Jaya is kind of far.

Then, this Monday, the four of us going for the under-15 shooting competition at Johor, will be packing our equipment and stuff. Two pistol shooters, Crystal and Stella are going to Johor and also two of us rifle shooters, Samson and I. We'll be leaving on the 5th of December 2006 to Kuala Lumpur and then, down to Johor. If I'm not mistaken, it's at Batu Pahat. We'll be back on the 11th of December as on the 10th of December, the flights are all full. Anyway, this Saturday, I'll be shooting a small final competition because coach wants me to see what a final is like. I hope I can actually make it to the final at the under-15 competition. Hehehe! Wish me luck!!!

Grass and shooting...

There was a rich man riding in a limousine and cruising through the town. As the limousine cruised passed this road, the rich man saw two men eating grass by the side of the road. He told his driver to pull over by the roadside. He got off the car. "Why are you eating grass?" he asked the two men."Sir, it's because we are too poor to afford food," the two men replied."Then come with me! I shall give you food!" the rich man said to the first poor man."But sir! I have a wife and two children," the first poor man answered."Nevermind, bring them along!" the rich man said and turned to the second poor man, "and you, come along with me too!" The second poor man replied, "but I have a wife and six children." The rich man exclaimed, "bring them along too!" So, the rich man and the two poor men's family got into the limousine. Despite using limousine, it was no easy task getting so many people into a limousine. Halfway through the ride, the first poor man said, "sir, you are just too kind!" The rich man replied, "not to worry! I have plenty of food! The grass at my house is 3 feet tall!!!"

Hahaha! That was one of the lame jokes I caught on radio just now on my way home from shooting training. Somehow, that joke managed to get a few laughs out of me. Probably that's because I am in a good mood today. Today, I waited at the 3rd Mile bus stop for the van to pick me. Choulyew, Ian, Leon and Leon's little brother waited there. Choulyew and Ian actually went ice-cream hunting just before the van came to pick us. Then, during shooting training, we had another small competition between Choulyew, Samson and I. Choulyew scored a 97 while Samson and I both scored an 89 each. I SMSed so much today again until for the fourth time, Jason's handphone vibrated until it fell off the rack. Hahaha!!! This is the fourth time I've sent Jason's handphone crashing onto the floor and I'm proud of it. Hahaha!!!

True blue indeed with a dash of purple...

This is how my blog should look like now. True blue indeed!!! Coming up with the right background image, right font sizes, colours and styles and other elements took me around an hour. Basically, coming up with the right background image was what that consumed the most time. I decided to add a new page to my blog, a page that I could postAnyway, I received five phone calls from Jessie today about going for pool (?). How unusual, I don't remember mentioning anything about an outting for a game of pool or Jason mentioning anything about an outting for a game of pool either. So, I personally diverted the rest of the calls/SMSes to Jason instead. To his so-call mother's handphone number. Speaking of Jason Chen Chun Yang, you would never guess I did to him today. Once again, I murdered Jason's handphone for the third time! This time, he left it on the bar rack thingy while gaming and it vibrated until it fell off due to all the SMSes I sent!!! Hahaha! By the time he gets back from Lundu, I think it's high time to change to a new phone. This one is probably far too damaged due to all it's pitiful accidents. This afternoon, I went up to my grandmother's plant farm and I played with the Labrador, Max over there. He's just this really, really adorable and huge tan-coloured dog with the friendliest character who tags after me. Our idea of playing is him pawing and smacking my outstretched palm. When I arrived, he ran all the way to me to greet me. I just love dogs, all dogs.

Purple potatoes...
Look at those things! They are potatoes... purple ones! We've seen orange sweet potatoes and regular yellow potatoes but purple, just too fascinating for me not to blog about. Hahahaha! Call me a 'sakai' but it's just interesting. I had purple deep fried potato chips today, in short purple French Fries. Purple French Fries! Hmm... since Samantha is always obsessed with purple as I can observe, maybe I should get her a basket of purple French Fries...

Saturday!!!

I murdered his phone again!!!
For the second time within a week, I murdered Jason's handphone and I'm proud of it. Hahahaha! Once again, due to my SMSing it fell off and crashed onto the floor. Thankfully, it survived but according to the owner of the handphone, that's just because it's use to falling down and crashing onto the floor. Anyway, I followed my mum to the hairdresser today because she was going to get a fresh, new perm. So, while my mum got her hair permed, I went around Parkson and did a small bit of shopping myself. I got myself two tops from MNG, a pair of pants from Diesel and a pot of lip balm from Body Shop. I went back to waiting at the salon but then I got hungry later and I went back to Parkson and bought two cans of Luo Han Kuo teas, a packet of cashew nuts (I discovered that they are called gajus in Bahasa Melayu), two packets of peanuts and two bars of Time Out. I converted the salon into a cafe, sitting there drinking and eating while SMSing. I also read the Borneo Post and there was this freaky article about this suicide bomber grandmother at some war-torn country who threw a grenade, lighly injuring the soldiers and then, blowing herself up, leaving behind 9 children and 41 grandchildren. Then, I flipped towards the middle section and I saw the National Service list of names! I saw Kenny Voon's name (first name I laid eyes on. Hahahaha!) as well and hahahaha, he's 2nd intake if I'm not mistaken. Lucky guy... or should I be saying poor guy?? I dugged around the salon and discovered an old Lau Fu Tze comic book, which, I took and read as well. A couple of passerbys stared through the glass window at me reading that.

Scented nostrils...
I smelt so many fragrance-sprayed strips that I bet my nostrils smell better than my body does. I was at the duty-free perfume shop at the airport with my parents. They went through so many selections of fragrances. I smelt several selections of Guess fragrances, Guy Laroche fragrances, Polo fragrances, Giorgio Armani fragrances, Escada fragrances and one particularly disgustingly sweet Morgan fragrance, which, my parents disliked alot. My mum didn't want the Envy Me Guess fragrance again as she already had it, so she finally settled down with some green Escada fragrance and dad got himself some Drakka Noir one. I haven't got the slightest clue if I spelt Drakka Noir right. Why would people spend several hundreds just on liquids that they use to squirt on themselves?? My nostrils smell like a hundred and one flowers blooming in them now. Well, Jason entered the perfume shop with his parents and cousin and complained that it was smelly. Next, everyone including the lady told him that the only smelly thing in there was him. *Laughs*

Say NO to smoking!

Thou shall never smoke...
Originally, I set my handphone alarm to ring at 8.00AM to wake me up. But, at 8.00AM when it rang, I decided to set it to ring at 9.00AM. As 9.00AM approached, I turned off the alarm and proceeded back to continue my sleep. Unfortunately, my sleep was disrupted by two SMSes from my human alarm clock around 9 something. I got up, unplugged the charger, read the SMSes and then went back to bed again. Then, as time inclined towards 10AM, I received a third SMS from my human alarm clock. This time, I groggily glanced through but as I was instantly fully awake after I read this sentence...

"... I nearly choked to death when I tried to smoke today..."

My first thought was, "crazy! What the heck are you thinking?? Trying to smoke??" After several more SMSes, I discovered that I was punk'd... again by this jobless prankster in Lundu and dead early in the morning. What happened to the innocent world whereby nobody punks anybody?? Since I've touched the topic on smoking, I really wonder what is it that some people see in smoking. Is it the feeling they get from smoking or is it just smoking for style? I mean, why would anyone want to function exactly like a chimney or exhaust? Smoke goes pass through the pathway and then coming out. What's so cool about holding a stick of cigarette between your fingers?? I just don't catch the whole obsession deal over smoking... You know what, if you currently smoke, STOP and if you don't smoke, DON' TRY it.

Pretty 8 feet-high fountains at BDC...
I was in the car together with my parents around 11+ PM when we drove pass the road leaving BDC and heading towards the Shell Station opposite Kempas, when my dad told us to look at the new fountain by the roadside. As I was in the process of SMSing, I looked around blurrly and asked where and what fountain. Then, I spotted it. An eight-feet high jet of water splurting from the ground at utmost velocity. Apparently, they decided to build a beautiful fountain by the roadside to bedazzle tourists and passerbys that BDC area is extremely beautiful. And this is an eight-feet high fountain too. Simply remarkable...NOT! Apparently and in short, I shall just tell you that they were doing construction for the new flyover and they accidentally broke a pipe when they were drilling. Thus, resulting in an eight-feet high fountain shooting into the sky. Now, they are busy trying to shut the main flow of water and I really pity those staying near the water leakage, they'll be suffering the next morning when they wake up to brush their teeth and realize there isn't even a single drop of water dripping from the tap. Poor inhabitants...

Buying is easier than fishing...

Fish me a piranha...
Firstly, congratulations to one of my friends, who has finally accepted the fact that he can't fish a thing. And finally learnt not to fish for prawns but instead, stop by the market and buy 1kg of prawns instead. Buying is easier than fishing after all. Useless, I asked him to fish for me piranhas so I can cook curry with it, but what did I get, nothing! Bluek! Today, I discovered this song by Akon feat Eminem, entitled "Smack That". Well, actually, the person who has just learnt how to buy prawns introduced me to it...

Today's Christine's birthday today. So, HAPPY BIRTHDAY to the birthday girl!!! Anyway, I woke up at 8.00am today and then, decided to go back to sleep afterall my piano lessons only started at 11.00pm. Unfortunately, my beauty sleep was disrupted at 9.00am by a phone call from my piano teacher telling me that she had shifted the time to 10.00am. Given just a rough estimation of half an hour duration to get ready, I rushed taking my shower and breakfast. It took me approximately 15 minutes to get to International Music House (Tabuan Jaya branch). Today, Mrs. Ling gave us some audio listening and DVD views of some baroque pieces. Then, she showed us this performer named Lang Lang. He plays really well but he does have a rather ecentric style of playing, almost... comical, to be frank. Nevertheless, my favourite modern-day instrumental performer would still and forever be Vanessa Mae.

Cream puffs and photography...

A discovery in food...
Today, I woke up at 9.00am after my human alarm clock woke me up with an SMS that greets, "morning pig! Wake up now!". Anyway, this human alarm clock actually SMSed while cycling. Innocent lives could have been killed by you, you know! Hahahaha! Not my ideal cup of cappuccino but nevermind. Speaking of cappuccino, I had the cheapest cup of steaming hot cappuccino at Jade Mandarin last night. It cost a thrifty one ringgit and sixty cents. They don't serve your cappuccino with any sugar or sweetener for you to add on your own. But anyway, I normally don't add sugar or sweetener to my cappuccino so it didn't quite bother me. Today, I went with my mum to do a bit of Christmas tree-surveying at Green Gallery. Nothing quite catches my eye except for a box of candles that look like chocolates and smell like chocolates. Pretty catchy and cute and only for RM9.90. Then, we went for some laksa, which, tasted pretty good. After that, I decided to stop by JD Bakery to buy some pastries for tea later. I bought two mini chicken pies, an apple pie and six cream puffs. Rhema had recomended me earlier before to try the cream puffs and hey, they are scrumptious. You ought to try them and they only cost eighty cents each! I'm going to get fat... Jason has decided to fish today. I wonder if he fishes the fish or the fish fishes him. Probably the 2nd option. Ought to fish for tunas and salmons, so we get to eat sushi for dinner. I mean, how are you supposed to make sushi if he fishes an anchovy fish?? Unless you intend on rolling glutinous rice and seaweed around a handful of anchovies... you will result in ikan bilis sushi rolls...

Anyway, I attended my uncle's sister, Ho Ai Ping and Lau Che Fai's wedding today at DM. First, there was the cold dish consisting of fishballs, pork, chicken and jellyfish. After that, there was the Seven Treasure soup and then, there was this mango fish dish. Followed by that was tin-foil baked pork leg, roasted chicken and stir-fried mixed vegetables. Last but not least, there was Chinese custard pancakes and fruit platter consisting of pineapples, oranges and watermelons. It was a rather Chinese-influenced wedding dinner. The emcee spoked in Chinese and the guests that went onstage to sing, all sang in Chinese. I must say that some of them arent exactly the best singers. Stella and I spent our time laughing at those who sang, a couple of guys with strange hairstyles and this guy who kept flashing his underwear everytime he stood or sat down. Last but not least, there we were, popping napkins.

Liquer way up high...

More, more and more liquer..

Alright, that's all with the pictures. And no, I'm not an alcoholic and neither are any of my family members. My parents happen to like to collect liquer particularly those that come in various interesting sizes, shapes and colours. It's mainly for decoration and drinking only comes occasionally when a bottle of red wine is popped during Christmas or Chinese New Year. I was just so bored this afternoon that I decided to play around with my Cannon Digital Ixus 60. I wonder if it was the photographer who was excellent or the camera that was excellent or both? Hahahahahahaha!!! I'll just settle with the fact that my specimens were excellent... hehehehe!!! After transfering the shots into my computer, I decided that I would post the shots in my blog to show off my 'excellent' phototaking skills. Toodles!

I've gone crazy!!! 349!!!

Crazy me...
I must have had one too many close encounters with 'murdering' human beings and handphones. This morning, I dreamt that I was a mafia. I even wore the black and white attire!!! I had no idea who were we trying to get rid off but there was this bunch of kids who kept yelling to ask us if we were the F.B.I. (note yesterday's post) and Fedocea Pearl was a mafia too! Then, so was Uncle Ah Choon sitting on the couch in a black and white attire with some other black-and-white-attired men in the house. Hahahaha! I'm just crazy... There was another strange dream I had this morning. I dreamt my friend's parents had Koreans over at their house. Guess what so-call Sarawak 'specialties' did they serve the Koreans, angku kueh and pau... Oh my gosh, what an over-imaginative mind I have!!! Toodles!

Shooting today...
I'm so happy today!!! Hehehehe!!! I shot 40 shots today for a small competition between Samson and I. I got 87, 86, 88 and 88. That sums up to a total of 349. That's my first full competition. Well, for someone like me who had just attended training for 3 weeks, I guess 349 is pretty okay. But of course, there's still room for improvement. Samson got a total 347. He's trained for a year if I'm not mistaken, at least that's what Coach Valentina told me. I think he just had some mood swings today because of something-that-you-don't-have-to-bother-about. Hehehehe! Choulyew got 384 (I think that's what she got) but... you can't count her in! She's not under fifteen!!! Hahahahaha! And she's been training for at least a year already! Hahahahaha! Jason SMSed to ask me to guess the reason why I could get that score is because I have something which, Samson does not have... Guess what it is.... _ _ _ _ _ Hahahahaha! Stupid boy!!! Hugzzzz!!!

Fingerprints, chickens, shooting & murdering...

Fingerprintless...

For the second time in my life, officials have failed to obtain my fingerprint. To be more specific, my thumbprint. Last time was when I went to make my own MyKad (Identification Card) and the officer on duty was loosing his paitience because he failed repeatedly to get my thumbprint. Finally, he gave up and picked the best out of the worse. Today, I went to CIMB Bank to open a new account. The officer on duty tried repeatedly to obtain my thumbprint to varify some personal details and etc. Well, seemingly, she failed miserably to obtain my thumbprint. It ended up, she had to manually varify my personal details and etc, etc, etc. My mum was saying that I would make a good thief. There would be no fingerprints to be taken as evidence.

Chicken on the menu!!!
While I was at CIMB Bank, there was this old man whose handphone rang really loudly. Guess what was his ringtone, a rooster crowing. Cool, last time we had chickens as our alarm clocks at sunrise, or chickens for lunch but now, we have chickens as our handphone ring tones!!! Anyway, after shooting today. Ian's parents took Ian, Choulyew and I for chicken rice at the Hai Nan Restaurant. Grrr... so unsatisfied with my shooting today! I keep jerking and then getting 7's... grrr. I got to bear it in mind not to jerk. Hehehe! There are 5 new shooters and if I'm not mistaken, four of them are pistol shooters? They're kind of young, the four pistol shooters I mean. One of them is 9 years-old. Anyway, while we were in Ian's parents' car, Choulyew's head nearly got slammed off by the car door that one of the kids was closing. It was close to being a horror movie.

I'm a murderer...
Let me share my experience of my very first murder with you... It isn't a pleasant tale. So all of you with a weak stomach and a weak heart, please do not carry on unless you wish to face the consequences. It all happened so quickly today as I terminated my victim. It was around late evening, the wind howled strongly and the chill of the evening pierce through my skin and sunk their teeth into my bones. Nevertheless, I pushed it aside and gave a hundred percent concentration to my goal. I inched closer and closer towards my unsuspecting victim. My victim was standing closely at the edge. Perfect position. I stretched both of my arms out infront of me and pressed them against the back of my victim. With a swift but forceful push, I sent my victim, the handphone, flying gracefully over the edge of the table and crashed forcefully onto the cold, hard floor...

Hahaha! There it lay, Jason's handphone, resting in peace. My very first handphone murder. Apparently, I SMSed too much until it vibrated and fell off the table. I exaggerated a little, it did not crash onto the floor, it just fell and it did not die, it survived. Thank goodness. Well, this is Gabrielle Jee's first attempt to terminate Jason Chen's handphone. Nevermind, I shall try harder next time to fullfil my mission to terminate it!!! Anyway, I spent the day (appart from going to the bank, shooting and blogging), I SMSed nonstop and I laughed nonstop when I recalled the pool incident when I read Choulyew's blog! Gosh... the memory playing pool with Jason and bowling... is hilarious!

Durian Story

Durian Story...

Finally, I got rid of this pest today. I was crouching on one of the branches up in the durian tree in this fruit farm in Lundu. The scorching rays of the sun burnt into my skin, leaving red trails. Nevertheless, I maintained my position, like a lion ready to pounce in it's prey. As I saw the passerby SMSing while walking under the tree. I quickly but smoothly drew out a pair of cutters from the pocket of my trousers and snipped the stem of the durian fruit. The durian fell as gracefully as a ballerina but as heavily as a hippopotamous onto the poor passerby's head. Three kilogrammes of flesh and thorns had knocked the poor passerby unconcious. I cheered silently and gleefully in victory that I had achieved such high and excellent acuracy at dropping a durian onto my target's head, one bang on the head... One down, none left to go...

Alright, I shall cut the flowerish crap. I did no such rubbish as dropping durians onto some poor passerby's head. I just added some drama to the fact that Jas got hit by a durian on the head at his grandmother's fruit farm. He exaggerated through SMS by declaring that he got hit on the head by a durian that fell of the tree (which, never happened!) in his grandmum's farm, appart from generously donating blood to mosquitoes. I've been awfully bored today as I got up at 8.10am. The pig in lundu managed to get up at 10am despite the 'barking' of roosters at sunrise. I actually read 38 pages of Terminal Tiga, the Form 4 Bahasa Melayu novel... I'm in need of professional help. Hahaha! By the way, I really don't think writing stories on cold-blooded murder attempts are quite my style... I bet I'm the first to write on an attempt murdering someone with a durian...
Why????
I see my blog looking like this over at my side but hey, everyone else doesn't! How illogical can this get. Probably because I'm the server but still... they should see my blog looking like this right??? People, people, people, all of you who are reading my blog now, take note that my blog should look like the above! And not with white, empty sides! If it has white, empty sides, erm... go bang your head. Oops, I mean... go bang your computer!!! Grrr...

I miss you!!!

I miss you!!!
Guess what I found today! My old blog and there were nice, cute posts on what my cousins and I did last year. I miss Theo and Stella so much!!! Anyway, there was this post about Theo and I going up to Sematan for a day trip with my parents. It took is two hours plus to get there and we ate KFC food and listened to Bond over and over again on the way to Sematan, especially the song Samba. I remember how Theo and I kept singing, "esimik, esimik, simik simik simi" over and over, although we had no idea what it meant! Or, it those were really the lyrics!!! I remember Stella's mum didn't allow her to come along with us because of the Tsunami incident that occured the day before we went to Sematan. Anyway, my old post in my old blog also mentioned that the day before yesterday, Theo and Stella came over to my house. We had the whole house to ourselves because our parents attended my cousin's wedding. Once more, we played Bond again. We ate and drank so much. I served them grape juice and it has the same colour, taste and smell as wine until Theo checked the bottle to see if it contained any alcohol!!! Memories are sweet aren't they? I miss you guys lots!

What I really want...

Sometimes, you can just grow so attatched to something that when it comes to letting go, it's hard to do so. I considered stopping my violin lessons and I got my parents' consent as well. But as I went for violin lessons today, suddenly I just had this unwilling and heavy feeling to stop coming for violin lessons. I was thinking over and over again just now, if I should continue my violin lessons or not. It came across my mind that I was halfway there, was it worth it to quit? It I quit, there's no turning back and if I do take up violin lessons again in the future, I would have to start from scratch. There's just this feeling of sadness when I realized the consequences my decision carries. I was thinking, even if I carried on and didn't have the time to practice, it would bring me no where. After good consideration of how much music means to me in my life and that there are always ups and downs, I'm not going to stop my violin lessons. After all, this was what I wanted when I was younger, I'm not giving up on it.

Happy & Crappy Gabby!
Okay, enough of these stories that make you blubber with those large red, polka dot hankies in
your hands. Now toss the hanky aside and listen to my happy stories! Hahahaha! Firstly, I had a great day yesterday. I had so much fun and I laughed practically nonstop. Did I mention the part how I slapped Jason on the arm and he claims that I punched him. If I had mentioned that before... please forgive me for mentioning it again! Hahahahaha! I did that in the middle of a crowd at Jalan Song food courts. It was soooooo hot there! The crowd was like sardines packed in a can and they were generating lots of heat! I was in such a good mood last night until I chatted until 2.00am!!! And of course, I had a hard time waking up this morning.... ehehehehe! Overall, who cares! Yesterday was fun and I loved it! I will miss days like yesterday... sobs!

Pool

So today, after my piano lessons with Mrs. Ling, I came home, showered and went down for a game of pool with Choulyew, Danny, Jason and Ian. I showed up at 2.35pm and Choulyew smsed me a couple of times, asking me where I was and that she was bored. By 2.35, they were all there already. I had one game against Choulyew and sob...I lost because I pocketed the 8 ball!!! Then I played against Jason and I lost!!! Sob... I can't remember by how many but anyway, Jason claimed that I owed him another game. So, I payed another RM3 for another game. He beat me, again!!! I had only two more balls left to be pocketed!!! I also had a game with Ian. Ian won... I had just one ball left to be pocketed. Hmf... Jason was just lucky today... haha!!! Then he was about to pocket the 8 ball in and I went, "five ringgit says it wont go in." and then... piak! In it goes!!! I owe Jason a lot of cash... They all really made me laugh alot this afternoon, especially Jason! He's born to be a clown, really!!! By the way, I ran into him later at Jalan Song food court and I got another opportunity to slap him on the arm. He claims I punched!!! Okay, I had so much fun today and I was extremely hyper today. Lalalalala, I'm just happy! Hahahahahaha!

'Doctor' Gabrielle Jee

Shooting...
My parents couldn't send me for shooting training today. So, Coach Valentina picked me up instead. Well, her driving reminds me of my dad's driving except that she takes curbs really... steeply? She had some Russian songs playing in her car. There was another small competition today, 10 shots. Choulyew, Samson and I. Choulyew got a 93, Samson got an 88 and I got an 87. Today, my dad picked me up so late from Sunny Hill!!! Calvin waited with me until 6.00pm.

'Doctor' Gabrielle Jee...
What a terrific birthday present Teh receieved today! An injured knee. According to Jason, he attempted to demo some sort of foul to Danny and in the process, he fell from mid-air and landed on his knee. Then, in when I was in Memories Cafe, I got this sms from Jason. He told me he had something funny to tell me and like he said before, Teh would be the last to make us laugh and he was right. Then, when I got back from Memories Cafe, I got an sms from Teh. It read...

"I need your help! URGENT! What do you do to an injured knee? I fell from mid-air!"

When I read that sms, I was thinking. Oh my gosh, what happened to Teh? Fell off the staircase? Fractured knee-cap? So I picked my phone and dialed for Teh. And guess what. The conversation went something like this...
Gab: Hello? Teh ha? What happened to your knee??
Teh: Fell from mid-air. What do you do to an injured knee??
Gab: See a doctor!!!
Teh: uhh...
Gab: Can walk? Can move? Can stretch your leg? Can bend?
Teh: Can walk, can move, can stretch, can bend.
Gab: So nothing wrong with your leg la!
Teh: But it's painful.
Gab: Of course la! You fell down right!
Teh: Ya...
Gab: Go put ice. Wrap it. Tomorrow sure fine.

Hahaha! My First Aid skills must have really outshined during the time I tended the girl with the sprained leg at the bowling alley!!!

Happy Birthday!!!

Happy Birthday to Teh & Chai!!!

Yay! It's my birthday today! Ooops...I meant, it's TEH TAT YANG's birthday today!!! I got woken up by Ian's sms today at 8.30am. I was so sleepy that when I reached and grabbed my phone, I did not realize that it was still attatched to the charger. So, I pulled and the phone fell. Thankfully, it was suspended in mid-air by the cord! Then, I remembered Jason telling me that it was Teh's birthday. So, I picked up my phone and wasted seven cents to sms Teh a birthday greeting...

"It's my birthday today!!! Oops... I meant, it's YOUR birthday today!!! Happy birthday!!! Today so important ah, TYT's birthday."

And I got back in return... (-_-')

"Tq, tq. You see I so kind, ask the government not to celebrate my birthday this year, so they can use the money for development. You should thank me."

Not to forget, it is also my classmate's birthday!!! CHAI YI YING or should I say, Chinese Beans??? Hahaha, she's a great friend and I've gotten the chance to know her better in Form 2 when she sat in front of me. A smart and a great, wonderful friend!!!

Ian beat me...grrrr
Coach Valentina asked Ian and I to do a small competition. 30 shots. Ian won of course la!!! He got 92, 93, 90 and I got 88, 89 and 80. I can't believe I nearly missed two shots in my third serries!!!! Grrrr.... He was just lucky... hahaha, kidding! He's good.

Somebody sabotaged my shooting!!!

Sabotager...
Ian sabotaged my shooting today!!! I was shooting next to Ian just now and I shot a 10 and then I put my riffle down. Then, Ian told me to check my target. I was like, "what for? I just checked it." Then he said, "check again." And I told him that I didn't shoot anything but he kept insisting, so I checked my target. And eeeeeeeeeeee! Got three shots that I never made and they were all zeros! And guess who did that, Ian Ong of course!!! He could at least help me by shooting 10s if he wanted to sabotage... Anyway, I think I shot better this week compared to last week.

Creepy...
I waited at the 3rd Mile bus stop for the van to pick me to the shooting range. My dad dropped me off there at around 1.30pm. That time, it was raining cats and dogs, literally. Later, there was this van that stopped infront of me. There was a native man and woman inside. The woman screened down the window and both of them asked me where was I going. I just replied them with no where in Bahasa Malaysia. Creepy! I thought they were seriously strange. What for they had to stop and ask me where was I going! Weird! Creepy! Freakish! I killed time there by smsing Jason. Then later, Choulyew came and then followed by Leon and his little brother.

Unethical Malaysians!!!

Pool...I went to play pool with Choulyew, Danny, Jason, Ian and Teh today at the Everise bowling alley. Then, that time when Jason and Danny were playing pool, there was this two little kids crawling underneath the table. They were brothers and sisters around the age of 5 to 7 like that. So, the brother shoved the sister and she fell down. She sprained her leg and she started crying. At first we thought it was just a small fall, we didn't know she sprained her leg. After several minutes, she was still there, so we realized something was not right. Danny was saying among us, "St. John members! Where are you?" Then, they pointed at me and said, "Red Crescent member! Go!!!". So Choulyew and I tended the girl as I was a Red Crescent member and Choulyew was a former Red Crescent member. Teh assisted by pulling her sock off. Jason assisted by getting her a chair so Choulyew and I could get her onto the chair. Danny offered a hand, as in literally a hand and everyone slapped it away. She appeared to be in pain. I mean, it was a sprained leg, of course it would be painful. She was crying nonstop. Then, I asked her where were her parents and she said they were in a cafe somewhere. She had a handphone with her, so she dialed for her father. Several minutes later, her father shows up. Guess what he did! He grabbed her sprained leg and started stretching and twisting it really hard! He clearly wasn't trained medically, so, how can he do that??? Everyone knows if you stretch and twist a sprained leg, it could results it tearing the blood vessels. Just put some ice on it first, then bandage it up with lots of padding so that it is firm. And that's all! You can't stretch and twist a sprain leg unless you intend on tearing the ligaments, that's fine with me!!! The next, day the leg would swell and there's even a chance of the incapability to walk next time!!!

You know what, some Malaysians can be highly unethical! After helping his daughter, he never even thanked us! Even if you didn't mean it sincerely, at least have the courtesy of saying thank you! He completely ignored us and acted as if it was our fault his daughter has a sprained leg. Hey, we could have ignored your daughter and left her there. A child at with the mentality of a 7 year old wouldn't know what to do at this situation. He or she would need to be tended to. We could have left the girl there and the father would never know what happened to her and her wherabouts. Not to mention the fact, what sort of father leaves his 5-7 year old daughter and son alone in a bowling alley??? They could have been kidnapped as there are many sorts of people there. Toms, Dicks and Harrys!!! Not to forget the fact about all the other people present when the girl sprained her leg. There were so many people playing pool at the other table. They were clearly older than us 15 and 16 year-olds but oh no, they clearly have the mentality that, "oh, girl with sprained leg there! I'm not a doctor, so, nevermind lah! Some doctor will walk pass and help her. Nevermind wan lah!" Well, kindly consider the situation if you sprained your leg and you were crying and everyone just walks pass you without even glancing at you. How would you feel??? Why is it so hard for some people just to lend a helping hand? They just have this mentality that it is none of their business!!! Some Malaysians just got to learn to be ethical!!!!

Jason is a 'great' pool player and bowler...
I had such a great laugh. Jason is such a great pool player and bowler. He rocks. Oops, I meant...LOUSY!!! And he so does NOT rock!!! Even I can play pool better than him, yet I rarely play. He actually pocketed the cue ball four times. He even sent the cue ball flying off the pool table and hitting the glass window! Then it shattered...okay, I'm just exagerating, the glass window never shattered. Danny sent the cue ball flying off the table once too but it did not hit the glass window. When he bowled, he just went up to the alley, dumped the ball down with a THUD and sent it rolling, then it goes into the gutter! I tell you, it was hilarious! Choulyew and I kept laughing. Choulyew and I were saying, "I think we play better than him!" Then, there was once just now, when Jason bowled and his bowling ball flew backwards! HHAHAHAHA!!! If anyone needed a great entertainer and a good laugh, just hire Jason Chen at 012-3456789 and put him in a bowling alley that has pool tables. Basically, it was not humiliating but it was hilarious!!! Anyway, at the next alley, there was this man in yellow who was super cocky. Everytime he striked, he would act like he just won some big bowling champsionship. If he doesn't bowl strikes, he would act as if it was the pins' faults.

Bloated!!
Argh... I am so full! Stuffed with Korean food and Lok-Lok. Ian's parents brought Ian, Choulyew and I to the food court at Tun Jugah after playing pool and bowling. I ate so much. I'm sooooo full!!! I bet I gained several pounds!!! Ian's mum bought this strange marshmallows from Everise that looked like ice creams in cones. Interesting... Then, we went to look at handphones. Ian is currently obsessed with this white Sony Ericson Walkman phone that has the gold plated logo. To me, it's hideous. It looks like a minature cooler.

Majlis Kecemerlangan Teresian 2006

The speeches...
They were a big bore and incredibly long. The only thing that I seem to remember from all the speeches was one proverb given by the Pengarah Pelajaran Sarawak. She said that girls were better than boys and gave this proverb...
"Your sons are your sons until they find a wive, whereas your daughters are you daughters for life..."

My moment on stage...

That's me on stage, receiving one of my awards...

You know, first they told us to be here by 7.30am as the ceremony was going to start at 8.00am after the arival of the VIPs but oh no, it started at 9.00am after the arival of the VIPs. They said it would end at 10.30am but oh no again, it ended at 12pm!!! Anyway, I had to put on my prefects uniform and I was the only Form 3 prefect that turned up this morning. That's because the tokens were not given today on stage. All the prefects except for the Form 5 council were to take their tokens from their respective class teachers. So, I was the only Form 3 prefect who was receving other awards and I was the only Form 3 student to wear a prefect's uniform! So appart from the token of appreciation, I received two other awards as shown in the pictures below along with certificates. This year, Abigail got the Teresian Gemilang award. That means, she had done equally good in both academics and co-curricular fields.

My token of appreciation for being a prefect...

My Best Student (Form) award. Plate and certificate. (The plate costs RM12.90)

My Best Student (Class) award. Plate and certificate.

Firecrackers to molotov cocktails...
When a student dislikes a teacher, the most they would do to the extreme to the teacher's car would be scratch the sides of the car right? These days, students pushed it to the extend of throwing molotov cocktails at a teacher's car. No, I mean this seriously. The principal of SMK. St. Joseph recently had two molotov cocktails thrown at his car. Indeed, the car was badly charred by the flames. What a pity. A good use of a car bites the dust now.

Firecrackers. Displays a beautiful sight in the sky at night, I must admit. But, how appreciatable are they when set off during a public examination in a school? Very unlikely you or I would appreciate it. Take for example, during my time when I sat for my Lower Secondary Assessment, around 5 to 8 firecrackers were set off daily at SMK. St. Joseph by a couple of pranksters who simply didn't have anything else better to do. Once, I witnessed with my very own eyes, a SMK. St. Joseph student throwing a firecracker down from the bridge and onto the road. The firecracker fell directly onto the roof of a white Kancil that was passing under the bridge. The derange driver came out, cursed, yelled and drove away.

As you can see, from small things like throwing firecrackers, it soon errupts into cases like throwing molotov cocktails. What would be next? You answer that.

Bullseye!

Undercover gone wrong!
My cover as Ian's cousin has been officially blowned today. I had lunch with Ian's mum, Ian and Choulyew at Green Hills. Then, suddenly I saw Stefan outside the coffee shop with Jason, Danny and some other guys and he was busy pointing towards my direction. I looked away but obviously, way too late for that. Then next, Danny walked several steps into the coffee shop to observe if it was really me. Then later, while I was waiting at Fata with Ian, Choulyew and two other shooters, Jason those people were crossing the road and I heard something like, "mai keke liao la!". Then they went off the play basketball at the primary school court.

Johor... I hope I can pull it off!!!
How was shooting training today? Fine as usual. Coach asked me to join their small competition today. Ten shots. My first one was a 10... I'm very sure of that but the rest... 9's, 8's and perhaps even 7's. There was even one that was out of the black mark because I accidentally pulled the trigger and the gun went off. Coach asked me to go for extra trainings on Sundays because she's asking me to go for the shooting competition in Johor from the 7th of December to the 11th of December. They're putting me under under-15 air riffle category. Therefore, I won't be going for my Red Crescent Annual Gathering Camp anymore. But honestly, a competition after only... 3 to 4 weeks of training? I hope I can pull it off!!! Today we had to jog from the shooting range to the armoury... seriously, I don't remember the last time I jogged...

Shooting...

Jingle bells...
My riffle is spoilt. When you pump it, the lever just drops back like some limp rag doll. So I told Coach Ahmad and he and Choy went back to the armoury to get me another riffle. Then, when they arrived back at the shooting range, Coach Ahmad realized that they forget to take the eyepiece. So, he sent Choy back to get it. Then, the Russian coach adjusted the length of my riffle. She added this extra piece to it. First thing when Leon's little brother came into the van, he was like busy asking, "where is Gabrielle??" and then later at the armoury, he asked this guy shooter, "which one is Gabrielle??" Except one fact, he pronounces my name as Gehbrehl. Then the guy shooter was like, "what jingle bell, jingle bell??". Then Leon's little brother replied, sounding impaitient, "Gabrielle! I saw her name in Friendster!". Then, I was like smirking behind there. Then on the way home at the armoury, I was standing with Ian and Choulyew. Leon's little brother was in front of us and again he went, "which one is Gabrielle??". Because he pronouces my name until it sounds like Gabriel. So, Choulyew went, "Gabriel is a boy ha?". Then Ian and I joined in, telling him that Gabriel is a boy and he was there stubbornly denying it and telling us that Gabrielle is a girl. Not only that, he started spilling out the beans on all kinds of crap about his brother...

Squash both Jason and Teh flat!
I can't belive that I was standing next to Jason this morning in front of Fata Hotel and I didn't notice it! Not to forget the fact tat Teh was next to Jason! Jason happened to be eating French Fries that time and I was inside the Fata Cafe with my dad. Then, suddenly, there was this loud bang on the window. It was Jason who did that but then, he hid himself after doing that. After that, I saw Teh crossing the road on his way home but I did not see Jason. Then later, I recieved an sms from Teh. He said, "since when you can do magic? Suddenly pop appear at Fata like that? Go shooting later, better shoot the targets and not shoot people." I showed the sms to Ian and Choulyew before I replied, "got meh? Where? I didn't see me leh!". Then later Teh replied, "of course you didn't see you. No mirrors in there mah. Whateverlah, used to you denying it liao." So I replied, "chicken! Kill you online later. Nevermind, kill Bao Lin better." Then Teh replied, "whatever. Kill, kill lo. Ian, if you wanna sms people, sms with your own number la!". Hahahaha, I smsed but Ian got blamed instead. That was hilarious. Then Ian took my phone and asked Choulyew to type for him and send, "I sell her off la...for the price of one popcorn!". Hahahaha! At first Ian wanted to send an sms to Teh with foul words but then later he changed his mind. But both he and Choulyew were amazed that my phone dictionary has foul words in it. I found all of this out from those two themselves...

I make prophecies...

I make prophecies...
Remember that I had a dream about Jason striking the jackpot through buying 4514? Well, his mum went to buy the number and the next day, they checked the newspaper and guess what? They struck the jackpot!!! Okay, so not...I was just exaggerating. The number that came out for the first prize was 0514!!! So close yet so far! Therefore, this prooves that I make 99% accurate prophecies! I could be one of those dream oracle interpreters...hmmm... And now, I shall make another prophecy that it will be Tuesday tomorrow!

Lost of my Form 3 memories...

Amnesia due to PMR...Gabrielle Jee has officially lost her Form 3 memory today due to amnesia. Okay, I'm just joking about the amnesia part but seriously! I have lost my Form 3 memory. It must have been the impact from the shock of sitting for PMR. I started realizing that I was losing my memory when Vivien, a Form 2 junior of mine, asked me if I was selling my Form 3 textbooks. I told her that I was giving them away to my dad's colleague's son. Then, I asked Chong if she was selling hers off and she said yes. So I introduced Vivien to Chong and they discussed the prices. Then, something struck Chong out of the blues. She suddenly went, "Eh! I realized something! I don't have Form 3 textbooks! I borrowed from school la!" Hahaha! Then, it struck me too that I borrowed textbooks from the school too! That means, I wasn't giving the full set away to my dad's colleague's son! Another symptom that showed my sign of Form 3 memory lost is that I forgot all about my Form 3 history! A couple of days ago, Christine and I were discussing about communism. Then, she said that it originated from Russia and I told her, "since when does comunism originate from Russia???" and after being lecture and convinced by her that Karl Max introduced communism and was from Russia, I vaguely believed her on that case. Then today, Clarence and I happened to be talking about a topic involving communism and Karl Max. And next, I discovered from him that Karl Max was not Russian! He wasn't even close to being Russian! He was German! And I asked Chong, to comfirm the fact that Karl Max was German and she said he was from German since he wrote the German Idealogy. As you can see, I am not the only one with symptoms of memory lost, Christine has it too and so does Chong!

Puppies!!!

I went over to my uncle's house today. Once I got out of the car, I was greeted by this force that just pounced on me, causing me to step backwards a couple of steps. Then something was licking my fingers. I looked down and I saw the most adorable pair of young Golden Retrievers! They look exactly like those Golden Retrievers in the picture above! One was fair and the other was darker. Cuuuuuute! I was playing with the two Golden Retrievers the whole time. The fairer one was more quiet and the darker one was more playful and frisky. I almost didn't want to leave when it was time to go home. Arghh... they are soooo cuuuute! I wished I had my own dog!!!
